Company Structure

Each company hierarchy consists of a single Root Company and zero or more Child Companies (also referred to as sub-companies). Child companies can create their own sub-companies — there is no limit to the number of child companies or to the depth of the hierarchy.

Root Company

A new Root Company (and therefore a new, independent hierarchy) can only be created if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The user has not reached the limit of three created hierarchies per account.
  • The user's most recently created hierarchy no longer exists.

Child Companies

Each company must have at least one user with the Company Admin role. Company Admins have full permissions within the company and can perform the following actions on direct child companies:

  • Delete a child company (including its entire sub-hierarchy).
  • View the total number of devices in the child hierarchy (device count only, without further details).

Users can remove their own access to a child company by removing themselves from it. It is not possible to change a company's parent — the hierarchy structure is fixed.
