Remove Users

NOTES

  • Removing a user from a company revokes their access to that company's resources, but does not delete their account from the WebAccess/DMP server. The user can still sign in to WebAccess/DMP and access any other companies they are a member of, or create a new company if they are not a member of any.
  • To remove a user from a company, you must have the Remove Users permission.

Remove Users from a Company

Make sure the correct company context is selected, then open Users from the User Management side menu. Find the user you want to remove and click the trash can icon in the Actions column. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.

Delete User Accounts from System

Users can delete their own account via the Delete button on their User Profile page, accessible by clicking the user icon in the upper-right corner and selecting Profile from the dropdown menu. After confirming the action, the account is permanently deleted and the user loses access to all companies and resources.

Administrators can delete accounts of other users from the User Management → Users page by clicking the trash can icon in the Actions column for the target user and confirming the action.
